We deliver nationwide across Kenya:

  • Nairobi: Free within Nairobi based on order value
  • Other regions - Via approved courier - Delivery fee applicable

Delivery Process

  1. Place your order
  2. Receive order confirmation via Email or contact number
  3. Make payment using your preferred method
  4. Your order is processed and dispatched
  5. Receive tracking information, if not delivered by our own vehicles
  6. Delivery to your specified address

Pickup Option

You can also collect your order from our walk-in showroom and store:

  • No delivery charges
  • Orders ready for pickup within 24 hours
  • Bring your order confirmation and ID

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 8AM - 3PM, Saturday 8AM-11AM
  • Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the next business day
  • Weekend and public holiday orders will be processed on the next business day

Returns & Refunds

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be in original new condition, in original un-opened packaging, un-used
  • Refunds processed within 7-14 business days
  • Handling fee's may apply on items returned outside of the return period, or on items returned where there is no fault with the equipment.
  • Return shipping costs may apply
